Schools & workplaces
mindspace works well anywhere people need a private place to think — classrooms, campuses, teams, whole organisations. We offer package pricing for groups of any size, and we'd rather hear what you need than guess at it.
Form time, wellbeing weeks, PSHE, counselling services, student unions. A private page each, with nothing for staff to monitor.
Employee wellbeing programmes, onboarding, high-pressure teams. Something people will actually use because nobody at work can see it.
Charities, clubs, training programmes, retreats. If the people you support could use somewhere to put things down, we're interested.
Why it works in a group setting
The usual pitch for a wellbeing app in an organisation is an analytics panel: engagement rates, sentiment trends, a monthly report for whoever signed the cheque.
The trouble is that everyone in the building knows it exists. A student who suspects their journal is being read writes for the reader. An employee who thinks their mood is a metric writes something safe, or doesn't write at all. The moment reflection is observed, it stops being reflection.
mindspace can't be read, because there is nothing to read from. No accounts, no server, no dashboard — entries are files on each person's own phone. You can tell people honestly that nobody sees it, and the app holds that claim up under any amount of scrutiny.
What you give up is proof of usage. For this kind of tool we think that's the right trade, and it's worth going in knowing you're making it.
Packages
Every organisation is a different shape, so pricing is arranged per group rather than published as fixed tiers. A sixth-form wellbeing programme and a 400-person company need different things, and pretending otherwise with a per-seat number helps nobody.
What we'll want to know when you write in:
We'll come back with a straight answer, including whether mindspace is actually the right fit — if it isn't, we'd rather say so than sell you something that won't get used.
Ask about pricingOne thing to be clear about before you hand this to anyone. mindspace is a journaling app. It is not a counselling service, not a screening tool, and not a substitute for the support your school or organisation already provides. It cannot tell you whether someone is struggling, and it will not alert anyone if they are. It sits alongside the people who do that work — it doesn't stand in for them.
A classroom, a team, a campus, a charity — describe the situation and we'll tell you what we can do, what it would cost, and honestly whether it fits.
